# Deposits and Withdrawals

### Deposits

Deposits are made in USDC. To make a deposit:

1. Submit a request via web application of Vault Street
2. The request is screened before execution
3. Once completed, vault token is issued to your allowlist address at the price effective as of the deposit request time

### Withdrawals

Redemptions for both CARRY and primeUSD are processed in USDC.

1. Submit a withdrawal request via the Vault Street web application. Your vault tokens are debited from your address at that moment.
2. The request is screened before execution.
3. Once completed, USDC is issued to your allowlist address.

#### primeUSD

The vault maintains a redemption buffer of at least 10% in liquid assets, shared across all participants. Withdrawals are typically serviced from this pool and targeted to complete within 24 hours, for aggregate redemptions up to 10% of TVL.

Withdrawals that exceed the buffer or require strategy unwinding are subject to a 5 business day execution window. For larger withdrawals, contact the team ahead of execution to coordinate timing.

#### CARRY

Express withdrawals, for aggregate redemptions up to 10% of NAV in the relevant calendar month, are serviced on a best efforts basis by the next business day, subject to available liquidity.

Standard withdrawals follow a monthly cycle: requests must be submitted by 00:00 UTC on the 27th. Settlement is targeted for the 5th business day of the following month and may be extended by up to 20 business days depending on liquidity conditions.

Note: redemption buffers/liquidity pools are shared across all participants of each vault. In periods of elevated redemption activity, queue position affects timing.
